- Attach the RAE number (if provided) to the outer packaging.
- Send the item to the specified return address, which will be provided by our customer support team.
Shipping Costs and Return Shipment Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back for a refund or exchange unless the item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state. In such instances, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
